What is a Direct Debit Request Service Agreement?

The Direct Debit Request (DDR) Service Agreement forms part of the DDR. The Service Agreement sets out the responsibilities and obligations of all parties involved in the provision of the Direct Debit service. Before signing the DDR form, members need to read the Direct Debit Request Service Agreement and must then retain a copy for your records. By signing the DDR form you acknowledge that you have read and understood the DDR service agreement.
