How can BankLink improve the service you provide?
There are different levels of BankLink, to suit your clients accounting and computer skills. You can choose to do all the coding in house, or allow your clients to code some or all of the transactions. You can communicate via phone, fax, mail or e-mail. Using our BNotes option you e-mail a file of uncoded transactions to your clients. The client fills in the gaps and e-mails the file back to you. It's so easy and clients love it! Note: There is no extra charge for any of these options. They are all part of the BankLink package.
After the coding is completed, BankLink can produce meaningful management reports at the click of a mouse. This allows you to improve your service by providing useful information to your clients. It may even result in some new revenue generating opportunities.
How easy is it to use the software?

How much does the service cost?
There is no initial charge for the BankLink software or any charge for the ongoing software upgrades. You pay a small monthly fee plus a one-off registration charge per account. The total cost of BankLink depends on the number of accounts the practice loads and the number of transactions in each account, but the average cost of an account is about $5 per month.
