If you wish to use our internet banking services (NETTELLER), contact our friendly staff on

On-Line Do's & Dont's

DO's

1. Do keep your computer access ids and passwords confidential and secure.
2. Do choose your password carefully. Choose a password that uses a combination of characters, numbers, and symbols. No more than 8 digits.
3. Change your password regularly.
4. Add your bank's website address to your list of favourites
5. Check the website for a padlock icon (padlock refers to a secure site)
6. Log-Out after using Internet Banking
7. Contact Karpaty Credit Union on (02) 9646 1377 if you have any concerns about your Internet Banking experience.

Dont's

1. Do not access banking sites from a link in an email.
2. Never, in response to any email, provide your personal or security details.
3. Do not open email attachments from unknown sources.
4. Do not operate or run computer hardware or software that are not from a reputable source.
5. Never open or dowlnload an executable (.exe file) retrieved or received online unless you are expecting it from a known source.
6. Do not leave the screen idle for long periods or leave PC unattended, ESPECIALLY when you are logged on to the Internet Banking site.
