3. For Home & Contents Insurance:

Have your claims history handy, including dates.
Previous insurance details, if any.

4. For Motor Insurance:

Have your claims history handy, including dates.
Previous insurance details.
Driver history for all drivers.
Make, model and year of manufacture.
Vehicle registration number.
VIN (Vehicle identification number).
No Claims Bonus rating.

5. For Travel Insurance:

Provide your departure and return dates.
Your country of destination.
Pre-existing medical condition information.

6. Have your payment details ready:

Account number and type and BSB number. (Account deductions not available for Travel Insurance).
